The session

How the two hours go

It's a 2-hour working session with you and, if you want, your operations lead. I don't bring a slide deck or a pitch. We map how the system runs today: who the work funnels through, where the knowledge lives, and what happens when it's pushed past its normal pace.

Next we test it. What happens when two projects land in the same week? When the one person who knows how something works is out? That's where the constraint shows up: in how the system breaks under load.

Once we've named it, I show you two things, in this order. First, what the system looks like designed well enough that a new hire could run it. Only then, what it looks like with AI agents doing the repeatable work inside it.

The order matters. Work that grew up around one or two people leans on them in ways the org chart doesn't show: a call only they know how to make, more work than their hours can hold, or everything landing on them at once. Hand that to a new hire or an agent before it's designed and they walk into the same pile.

We also put numbers on it. What the constraint costs you now, what it would cost to hire around it, and what designing and building the system would cost. You leave knowing where you stand.

The outcome

What you walk away with

The session produces one working document, built live, that you keep. It shows the system as it runs today and where it breaks under load.

It also lays out the fix in order: the work redesigned into a system your key people own, so they stop being the ceiling on your growth, and then AI agents doing the repeatable work inside that design. The three numbers sit beside it.

If a full engagement makes sense, you'll know the price before you leave the room. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too.

The investment

$2,500

The fee is due when you book. Move forward with the full engagement within 14 days and it's credited in full toward it. If this turns out not to be a fit, you still keep the map of your system and the constraint we named.

Booking terms cover cancellation, confidentiality, and exactly how the credit works.

Fit

Who this is for

This is built for you if
  • You're doing $3M to $50M in revenue (a rough guide, not a hard cutoff: profitability and complexity matter more than the number), profitable, with real clients and delivery already working.
  • At least one system is clearly capping how much work your business can take on.
  • Someone with real decision authority is willing to look at how it runs day to day, workarounds included.
It's not for you if
  • Your business is still finding product-market fit.
  • You want a chatbot, a single automation, or off-the-shelf AI tooling, and you're not interested in what's underneath.

If that's where you are, this diagnostic probably isn't the right next step, and I'd rather tell you that now than after you've paid for it.

In Jeff's own words

About Jeff

I'm Jeff Chastain, founder of Admentus. I've spent twenty-five years in operations and technology, and I've worked with business leaders as an EOS, Scaling Up, and Pinnacle business coach.

Over the years, I've watched a lot of technologies come through that promised to change how businesses grow. AI is the latest one.

Like the ones before it, it can't fix a system that was never designed to carry the load. It just runs the same problems faster.

Mapping how a business runs underneath the org chart is the same work I've always done. The difference now is what I build from it. It used to become a meeting rhythm. Now it becomes a system that AI agents can run inside.

Questions before you book

. Why does the diagnostic cost money instead of being a free consultation?

A free consultation is a sales call with a different name. The person running it has a reason to tell you what gets you to buy. Charging for the diagnostic means I don't have that reason. If the honest answer is "you don't need this," that's what you'll hear.

. I just want a specific tool built. Why does this start with a full system diagnostic?

That's a fair place to start, and a tool can help with the narrow thing it's built for. What it won't touch is what's underneath: if the problem is that one person holds all the know-how, or the system only works one thing at a time, a faster tool just breaks in the same place, faster. A business owner once called that "speeding up the mess."

The diagnostic exists to find out which situation you're in, and it's built to say so honestly, even when the honest answer is a simpler fix than what you came in expecting.

. What if we go through the session and decide it's not a fit?

I'll tell you at the end of the two hours. Not every business system needs a full engagement. If yours doesn't, you leave with a clear picture of your constraint and a recommendation, and that's where it ends. I won't follow up to change your mind.

. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Reschedule any time with five or more business days' notice, at no charge. Cancel in that same window and you get a full refund, no questions. Inside five business days the fee isn't refundable, but you can still move the session once, because I've held the time and turned down other work for it.

Booked at short notice? You get 24 hours from booking to cancel for a full refund, so you're never locked in the moment you pay.

If I'm the one who has to move it, you choose: a new time, or your money back.

The full details are in the booking terms, which govern if anything here is unclear.
